Murray Bourton will be visiting the BASE Manly store May the 30th, releasing his new range of quads, the Fat Bullet, Skinny Bullet, Sexy Fish and Sumo Fish. There will be demo models available for a quick test drive across the road. Murray will also be in-store taking custom orders or answering any questions you may have regarding board design.
This is a great opportunity to meet a world class shaper and hear the science behind his approach to board design.

Unique to Murray’s board design and custom orders is his enthusiasm and understanding of the CAD drawing, profile design for the APS machine. Murray has embraced this technology and as a result we have witnessed Murray taking his board design to new frontiers. The technology allows Murray to have a new idea, draw the idea in the morning, have it cut and shaped and in the glassing bay that afternoon. When you get your hands on one of Murray’s hybrid designs, it is evident that he is pushing and challenging board design concepts. An innovative and exciting approach to design, that inspires us all to get some fresh and left of field foam under our feet.
