Process of Ordering & Receiving A Custom Made Surfboard
1: Download the 'Custom Order Form' of the desired shaper (click the link above to download form).
2: Complete the custom order form and either email (for quick and direct response from shaper it is best to email your order to the shaper), fax or post the order form to:

3: If you would like to have some artwork sprayed onto your board, please attach the artwork to your order form. The cost of the artwork will be quoted before confirmation of order.
4: Upon receiving the custom order, BASE will contact you with a quoted price.
5: If you are happy with quoted price your order will put into production. If the order is a little left of field a 50% deposit may be required.
6: Upon completion of your board, BASE will contact you for payment so your board can be delivered.
Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks
Delivery Options:
1: Your board will be delivered to one of the BASE retail outlets at no extra cost.
or
2: Your board will be delivered to your door, you will be required to pay the freight epense. This will be included in your original quote. Please see below for estimated freight charges throughout Australia.
PLEASE NOTE: This custom order facility is only available to customers within Australia. If you are in another country and wish to order a custom surfboard. Please refer to our stockist list for your nearest stockist. If we do not have a stockist in your country, please contact BASE and we will endeavour to provide you with a solution.
