The DSC is an ongoing project to produce a reliable step up board for bigger waves 5 feet plus to compliment your normal short board. The DSC differs from the SXE in how it has a different style of smoother rocker throughout with less concave depth and single to double concave through the back of the board.
The plan-shape is like an XFC, but stretched out with a Simon rounded pin. The specifics around the outline would include; the nose and tail are 1/8" narrower at the 12" mark, wide point is at halfway but creeping forward on boards over 7'0.
The rocker is similar to XFC, and is smooth throughout. The rails are the normal low soft, but lower through the tail than XFC. Bottom design is a slight single to double concave, not too deep through the fin area on longer boards.
